About our 701 RF Terminals... |
|
|
|
The
new 700 RF Terminal System offers unprecedented performance
while holding claim to the easiest-to-implement of any terminal
system in the industry. This system is the 2nd generation of
Worth Data RF Terminals and maintains complete backward
compatibility with older Worth Data Terminals*,
while extending range, battery life, and number of terminals per
base station. The 701 RF Terminal is a low cost, easy-to-use
radio frequency interactive terminal that communicates with PCs
(or any computer) by serial port or through TCP/IP addressability.
Outstanding Value
Rarely do you see small size, long battery life, and long range
in the same terminal; but that is exactly what this terminal
has. Our competitors are baffled. It is truly unmatched. Our
engineers worked long and hard to create a superior product.
Long range means less installation cost in wiring and access
points. One base station can support 64 Terminals and can cover
almost all locations, eliminating the need for additional wiring
and access points. Since there is no program on the Terminal to
write, and since a host program in any language can totally
control the Terminal, programming time and costs are
significantly less than with competitive terminals. The
Terminal's price is also very competitive.
*completely software compatible, but you
cannot inter-mix T70 hardware (terminals and base) with the new
T700 hardware.
